Welcome, my name is Sam Chads. I joined the Jim Coleman Honda Family in May of 2004. Prior to that, I was a Brew Master for 11 years working in countries all over the world. What I enjoy most is working with people and helping them with their automotive expectations. On four separate occasions, I was the Number One Honda sales person in the zone, which is measured not only by the quantity of Honda vehicles sold but also by product knowledge and outstanding customer satisfaction. For the past 10 years, I have been the top sales person in our dealership. Additionally, I have been awarded Honda Gold Master for 9 years and for the past 3 years, I have been honored to be recognized as a Platinum Award member, Honda's highest award for salespeople. I owe my success to being completely transparent and consultative in my approach and I always am determined to give my customers the best vehicle purchasing experience they have ever had. Great Service This was my first time purchasing my car. Being only 19 most dealerships will not take you seriously. Excellent Customer Service I had the pleasure of having Sam Chads as my salesman in purchasing my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. He took excellent care of me. I live about a hour and I had the pleasure of having Sam Chads as my salesman in purchasing my 2017 Honda CR-V Touring. He took excellent care of me. I live about a hour and a half away and he had the car I wanted ready before my scheduled time. I just really appreciated his knowledge of the car and having paper work ready for signing. The purchasing process was quick and I was at the dealership less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

It is so apparent that they are customer focused and are passionate about what they do. They are there for business, but they really care about the customer and go one step ahead in every way to help and meet the customer half way. We walked into the dealership a little hesitant, but walked out feeling so good, positive and accomplished. They really took care of us and I will never forget that. Anyone that I come across that is looking to purchase a Honda, I will strongly encourage they come to Jim Coleman!! No only was the dealership great but our sales rep was even better. He was knowledgeable, confident, caring and professional. He really knew his stuff and did not pressure us at all! Which was very refreshing in this society today. He made the entire process so pleasant and there was a tremendous amount of knowledge transfer that occurred. So at the end, we not only walked away with a beautiful new car, but we walked away with a lot more knowledge of the entire process and the car.
