The best purchasing experience of my 74 years on this planet. Sam was wonderful all the way through the process, he actually listened to what I wanted and budget then matched me with something that chec planet. Very pleased! I have know about Carter Subaru since they were in Ballard. I am very glad I stopped by to look at what they had that would fit my needs. We felt right at home at Carter Subaru shopping for a used vehicle we noticed advertised. We traveled over 100 miles to check out this vehicle and were not sure if it would be worth the trip or what we w used vehicle we noticed advertised. We traveled over 100 miles to check out this vehicle and were not sure if it would be worth the trip or what we would be in for. Everybody we dealt with were very personal and helpful. After purchasing and when I was ready to head out I was double checking on things ( like where the jack was stored) as it was a ford F-150 I bought .,they weren't sure, but they rolled up their sleeves and helped me look, and we finally found it, they made sure I knew. I really appreciated their downhome help! I would go back to them! More
