This is my 3rd Subaru bought from Carters but my first used car. I have also recommended your dealership to other friends and family which resulted in 3 more sales! Sam, my salesperson listened to what I was looking for as I don’t care for the new Outback. He remembered the car I was hoping for. One was traded in not shortly after. Sam let me know, came to pick me up in the car I was sold. The process was smooth. From sales to service Carters is the only dealership I will deal with. We bought a 2025 Forester Touring. Everything in the sales process was good. They were not pushy in any way. The 0% interest was a positive deciding factor. Though there are buttons and lights for every other thing to keep us safe, there is no mirror button or replacement mirror with a button TO OPEN OUR GARAGE DOOR. Sam and the entire team at Carter was so friendly, helpful and overall exceeded my expectations! Sam was able to answer all of our questions, offer suggestions do or my daughter who is going off to co helpful and overall exceeded my expectations!
