We bought a 2025 Forester Touring. Everything in the sales process was good. They were not pushy in any way. The 0% interest was a positive deciding factor. Though there are buttons and lights for every other thing to keep us safe, there is no mirror button or replacement mirror with a button TO OPEN OUR GARAGE DOOR. Other than that we do feel safer on the road. More

Sam and the entire team at Carter was so friendly, helpful and overall exceeded my expectations! Sam was able to answer all of our questions, offer suggestions do or my daughter who is going off to co helpful and overall exceeded my expectations! This is the second Subaru that we have purchased/leased from Carter. We returned the second time because our experience with purchasing the first car was so good. For approximately 30 years, our family car choice has been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think they have over grown with too many customers to a point where their customer experience has taken a signifiant hit. On the other hand, Subaru dealer visits and interaction ( 4 Subie dealers in the area ) have generally been very positive and good. I was highly impressed with how much care and personal attention I received from start to finish in the purchaing process. No wonder Subaru has many long time fans of the brand!! I should have listened to them sooner!! More
