Jaime (Sam) Delgado did an excellent job of helping us with the several months long process of looking for, test driving, and then choosing the right car! From start to finish he was very professional with the several months long process of looking for, test driving, and then choosing the right car! From start to finish he was very professional, kind, patient, and caring. *Side note… while were there the one day, some customers who spoke Spanish were there, and Sam was able to speak Spanish with them and really engage with them and seemingly help them to feel very welcomed. What an asset Sam is to your company, in many aspects! Jamir Manley was also very professional, helpful to us multiple times, and kind. George Pulfer was professional and helpful the one day while Sam was finishing up with another customer. Zoey Ludington was very professional, super sweet, and a great help as well, assisting us by showing my husband & I all the gadgets and advanced technology the car has to offer, and walking us through using the different features.
