My wife and I came to your dealership only because of the nearest to our home. We came with the intention of looking only at the XTS model of the Cadillac. Our plan was to move next to look at the E-series nearest to our home. We came with the intention of looking only at the XTS model of the Cadillac. Our plan was to move next to look at the E-series MBZ. We entered the sales floor and to our surprise we were the only ones there except for Sam busy at a nearby computer. We asked a few basic questions, Sam stopped what he was doing to assist us. He showed us both the 2013 and 2014 models, due to the incentives offered on the 2013 we chose it because of all the options color and everything met our needs. We still wanted to compare the MBZ, sam showed us a comparison chart from consumer reports which satisfied our intrest in looking further. Have read other reviews regarding Mark Christopher Auto Center and, of course, Sam falls into the category of "extremely knowledgeable, helpful, researched and located vehicle, etc.," but probably the most important attribute Sam possesses is that he is/was always immediately available (even on his day off) to answer our phone calls - whether prior to, during, or after our purchase. Tahoe was presented for pick up washed and will a full gasoline tank. Upon initial Tahoe inspection, a few nicks were noticed and vehicle was immediately sent to service area for repair - was ready in 15 minutes. Would certainly do business with Mark Christopher Auto Center again. Thanks, Sam. More

But that all changed when we met Sam. My husband and I were really amazed when we met Sam. He was friendly, funny, knowledgable and very patient with us. Sam worked really hard for us in finding the car we wanted. He searched his inventory, made phone calls and looked around at other dealerships. I was impressed! He got us the car we wanted down to the last specification we asked. Great customer service! Best car buying experience ever!!! More
