We found the car we wanted on the internet and sent an email request. Sam responded within minutes and we set up an appointment to view the vehicle. Sam had the car right in front, came out to greet us and we immediately went for a test drive. We were out of the dealership with our new car within an hour. Sam gave us a great price, little negotiation on our part. We said what we wanted to pay, and it was done! What a great experience. We got a great car and a great deal without hours of negotiation. On 2/23/2012 I visited Mark Christoper Auto Center in Ontario, Ca. I went to buy a new Chevrolet Sonic. I was fortunate to deal with Mr. Sam Fakhouri who from the begining was very courteous and helpful, Ontario, Ca. I went to buy a new Chevrolet Sonic. He walked with me thru choosing the car, application for financing etc. I was prepared to spend hours, as I had done before when I bought my last car.But this time everything was handled in a prompt and courteous manner. WE WANTED TO BUY NEWER CORVETTE AND CALLED SAM,INTERNET SALES I BELIEVE HE RETURNED OUR CALL AND HE SAID HAD JUST RECIEVED 1 WHITE 2006 VETT IT HAD ALMOST ALL OF THE THINGS WE WANTED IN IT. WORKED WITH HIM AND GOT A VERY GOOD TRADE IN ON OUR 2000 VETT .THE 2006 HAD NOT EVEN BEEN PREPPED FOR SALE YET WHEN HE SHOWED IT TO US. IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT THIS IS MY WIFE'S 3 VETT. 2ND FROM MARK CHRISTOPHER. SAM WENT OVER EVERY THING ON THE CAR. AND HAD IT CLEANED UP, LOOKED GREAT. TOOK IT HOME AND DURING THE WEEKEND NOTICED A SCRATCH OR CRACK IN THE WINDSHELD SAW SAM AND HE HAD IT LOOKED AT , HE CAME IN AND SAID THE DEALERSHIP WILL REPLACE IT. NOW THIS IS A VETT WITH THE HEADS- UP DISPLAY. AND I KNEW THAT THE COST OF A NEW GLASS IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY DID'NT NEED TO DO THIS SINCE IT WAS A USED CAR. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIANCE WITH THE DEALER AND THERE SERVICE DEPT. BUT THIS MADE IT EVEN BETTER. I HAVE A FRIEND THAT IS GOING TO BE LOOKING FOR A CAR IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM ABOUT SAM AND MARK CHRISTOPHER THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST CAR BUYING TRIPS WE'VE HAD.
