We dealt with Ali Kamal who got us into the brand new toyota that we left with and he was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way completely to do everything he could to make our sale today as pleasant as possible and I would recommend him to any one of my friends or family in the future to deal with. We also dealt with Sam Farrar who handled the finance end of the sale and he was also a pleasure to deal with and made our visit comfortable and timely due to our short window of time, so with that said I would say overall our experience with both Ali and Sam at Handy Toyota in St. Albans in regards to the purchase of our brand new toyota was above my expectations and would do it again without hesitation. Thanks, Jordan Couture and Felicia Hanvey More

He took time to explain any questions that were asked with no indication of irritation or impatience on his part. There was great attention given to ensure a good sales experience. Again, there was no pressure; no urgency of the sale. We were given all the time we required to make a decision. They made us feel at ease during this whole process which entailed a mountain of paperwork, and also took the time to give us a ton of information about the many features of this high tech vehicle. He even stayed after hours for us. We appreciated that they respected the notion that buying a vehicle was a big step for us (anyone, for that matter), and gave us all the data we needed to make an informed decision. Everyone we dealt with went the extra mile for us. More
