Good Morning Corey - Thank you for your email and desire to speak with me. This past Saturday morning I again had the opportunity to speak with Al McCaffrey after receiving a check for $42 on Friday. Honestly the situation was not a matter of money, but rather I believed I was to received floor mats for all three rows of the '19 Santa Fe XL. I was willing to pay half as I came to understand floor mats are an option, though not initially told this. I was quoted $240, paid $120 in cash only to then later learn the mats, per Thompson's website, the mats were $156. This would have meant a personal payment of $78 vs. $120, so a cost differential of $42. In speaking further with Al he understood my thoughts and had the check issued. I called Saturday morning to thank him and communicate my willingness to provide further communication to Thompson Hyundai to express my appreciation for his handling of the matter. Again thank you for your follow up and I trust this offers further insight into your team's response. Kind Regards, Dawn
