Fantastic new car purchasing experience. Michael and Sam are top-notch, zero pressure sales guys and are extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru product! They worked together to deliver a perfect, no-hassle experience. Would recommend this dealership without hesitation. Michael provided us with a highly competitive price quote very quickly via email and arranged a same day appointment for a test drive. He also filled Sam in on our scheduled visit, just in case he was still tied up with his previous appointment (which he was). Sam immediately greeted us when we came in, knew who we were and why we were there. He arranged our test drive quickly, took his time explaining the various options and offerings and very patiently answered every question we had. He also walked us through the purchasing process, step-by-step and explained every option very clearly and concisely with no pressure whatsoever. Michael took care of final delivery, apologized for not being available to work with us initially, and patiently walked us through every aspect of the vehicle. He even shared some of his own experience with similar cars he had personally owned (Sam did this as well). Extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional from start to finish. Everyone, including our finance guy, Jason, was warm, friendly and professional. Couldn't have had a better experience. Very highly recommended! More
