I can’t say enough about my experience at Dean Subaru in Ballwin! My previous car buying ventures had always been very stressful. The entire experience at Dean Subaru was great! Sam Goevert and the finance manager made the entire new car buying process painless and pleasant. Sam was able to answer all my questions about the new Subaru and its many safety features. I liked the fact car buying process painless and pleasant. Sam was able to answer all my questions about the new Subaru and its many safety features. I liked the fact that I was able to test drive the car without a salesman with me. Duke, in the service department, was knowledgeable and explained how the accessories I had added to the car worked and demonstrated each item worked. Great customer service all around. More

Sam was great: helpful and attentive to my vehicle needs without being pushy. I knew what I wanted to do in terms of the vehicle model and trim level and Sam helped make it happen. My usual comment/complaint when buying a car: the last minute attempt to sell the extended service contract, etc. feels very forced. I sense the sales folks don't like doing it but have been told they have to try to make the sale. It adds a bit of sour taste to the tail end of the transaction. I don't hold this against Sam. More

My recent purchase of a Subaru Ascent at the Dean Team was a very pleasant experience. Sam Goevert was pleasant and Easley to work with. Sam is very versed on the Subaru’s and all its features.
