The hiccup (delay) was in getting in to do the finance paperwork, but that was simply due to the face that the dealership was successfully selling several vehicles that day. Once we did get in to do the paperwork it all went quickly. I highly recommend Dean Team Subaru/Volkswagen if you are in the market for anew or used vehicle. More

New Forester Fun We had been researching the Forester for awhile then tried another Subaru dealership first and were not impressed. Our experience with the Dean Team We had been researching the Forester for awhile then tried another Subaru dealership first and were not impressed. Our experience with the Dean Team and in particular Sam Goevert was very positive. We were looking for a Forester to take on trips across the country, and Sam made it easy to find what fit us perfectly. The first Forester we test drove matched our needs well and we loved the way it drove and the fact that it had the added safety features we were looking for, but we would have preferred a different color. By the end of the same day we received a message from Sam saying they had the same Forester with the same package in the red with gray interior just like we wanted. We went back and made a good deal with Sam who then took us to Michael Harmon who lead us through the financing in record time. Thanks Dean Team! We can't wait to hit the road in our new red Forester. More
