New Forester Fun We had been researching the Forester for awhile then tried another Subaru dealership first and were not impressed. Our experience with the Dean Team We had been researching the Forester for awhile then tried another Subaru dealership first and were not impressed. Our experience with the Dean Team and in particular Sam Goevert was very positive. We were looking for a Forester to take on trips across the country, and Sam made it easy to find what fit us perfectly. The first Forester we test drove matched our needs well and we loved the way it drove and the fact that it had the added safety features we were looking for, but we would have preferred a different color. By the end of the same day we received a message from Sam saying they had the same Forester with the same package in the red with gray interior just like we wanted. We went back and made a good deal with Sam who then took us to Michael Harmon who lead us through the financing in record time. Thanks Dean Team! We can't wait to hit the road in our new red Forester. More

I have purchased 2 vehicles (one Subaru and one Volkswagen) from this dealer over the past 5 years so I guess it says something that I came back a third time. This time, I was fortunate to meet salesperson Sam Goevert. Sam was probably the most genuine car salesperson I have ever met. He was warm, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. That's a hard combination to beat. He provided answers to all of my questions and exhibited patience throughout the entire experience. Buying a car can be extremely stressful but he tried to make it as relaxing (if it is possible to use that word in regards to buying a car!)an experience as possible. I consider myself very lucky to have Sam as my salesperson. Michael Harmon was the finance officer involved in the transaction and I found him also to be very pleasant, straightforward, and efficient.
