She answered all of our questions, got us a great deal for our new car and our trade in. From the start we told her we did not want to haggle prices or waste time, so to give us the very bottom line price. And that she did! Do not let her young face fool you, she is very knowledgeable, sweet and patient person. At no point did we ever feel like she was pushing is into anything . Financial part was a breeze.
