As I finished my purchase, I found I was wrong because I had an EXCELLENT experience! Everyone on the staff with whom I worked had a wonderful attitude and made me know that I could be comfortable and relaxed. Sam is very knowledgeable regarding the Toyota product and it is very evident that she likes working with the public. She is a very definite asset to Toyota of Naperville. The others with whom I interacted, Dorothy, Peter and Gary, treated me as if I was the only customer they had. I felt important to them instead of feeling like I was just another intrusion into their day. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy and helpfulness was without peer. This was indeed the very best car buying experience I have ever had throughout the 40+ years I have been purchasing vehicles. If you give awards for "best role in customer satisfaction", these four individuals should each receive an "Oscar" for their performance! I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Relief!! I have work with Samantha twice now with getting a new car. Both times I was confident I wouldn't get approved and she got me into a car that I LOVED I have work with Samantha twice now with getting a new car. When I totaled the first car Samantha sold me I was very worried since I didn't have rental insurance and was out of a car and couldn't get financed ANYWHERE. But Samantha worked all day and got me into a 2015 Corolla LE Eco for a great payment! She relieved so much stress and saved me from having to rent a car for WEEKS! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Samantha! Also, Lorena was great to work with in Finance and even called US a week later stating that she got our payment lowered by almost $30! GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH that are actually WILLING and WANTING to help you!! More

Two weeks later I decided to lease a Camry because I feel Toyota makes a good car and this dealership was not into high pressure sales. Sam was patient and understanding. Toyota of Naperville was great. All the paperwork was done and before I knew it the keys were in my hand And Sam even programmed my Bluetooth! Great job Toyota of Naperville! I love my Camry! More
