I was pleased that Scott was flexible getting me in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I had a family emergency and needed an oil change and tires check and windshield washers refilled. He provided exemplary customer service not only to me but to others. I could hear his interactions with other customers from where I was seated in the waiting area. I also spoke with Sam regarding a possible trade in or new purchase. He provided me with the information I requested on two minis that were on the lot. Mini of St Louis is the most fun place to visit! All the beautiful, colorful autos! The staff is very happy to be working there. I am on my 4th Mini and cannot imagine driving anything else. They also have the best coffee machine around while you are waiting....which will not be long! The Showroom floor is full of Mini Coopers that you will love and good luck picking your color!
