I found a car that interested me on the Dealers lot on a Sunday. I went by the dealership Monday morning and encountered Sam. At that time Neil stepped in and was there to answer questions and helpful advise on the car. As soon as Sam was clear he was with me, nobody was pushy in any way ... I just felt that they were there to help me. I purchased the car and the process was easy and smooth, I never felt any pressure to do something that I did not feel comfortable about.
