Just purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from Mohawk Honda yesterday. I inquired on the website about the vehicle, and a huge shout out goes to Prince, who literally called me back within 2 minutes. He was kind enough to text me a few videos and other service history details. I set up an appointment to see the car, and it was clean and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. They offered me a fair trade value and gave me a great price on the Nissan. Sam did an excellent job through the entire purchase. Sondra, in Finance, beat my bank finance rate by almost one percentage point, and was super helpful & friendly with all the paperwork. The car was spotless clean at delivery and they even drove out of state to register it for me! I couldn't be happier with the deal I got, and the car. Sam was amazing during this entire experience. My car was totaled and I had to jump through insurance hoops prior to bringing home my new car and Sam was very patient with me during this process. He also took a lot of the load off my shoulders with working with the DMV so I didn’t have to go there or talk to them on my own. Sam is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, considerate, and o would highly recommend working with him for your next car! Tyler helped me figure out my warranty and all the finalizing of the paperwork. He was also very patient and kind with me while I waited for insurance to get back to me. He was easy to talk to and very kind! Kailey was awesome during the delivery of my car. She is very knowledgeable of the cars features, was excited, and eager to help. She is friendly, was comfortable to work with, and excited for me to bring my new car home! More
