I requested an additional service and he not only gave me an outrageous price for it, he tried to make me feel like if I was an idiot and didn’t know what I was talking about. He was not rude but he was condescending. I would much rather take my car to another dealer and will purchase from a different dealer next time. The change of name to the dealership wiped out the good service!

Since the purchase of my vehicle, the dealership has

• Lack of Communication: There has been zero follow-up regarding my satisfaction or the vehicle’s performance.
• Lack of Accountability: Staff members now claim ignorance regarding previous agreements and act as if they are unfamiliar with the staff involved in my sale.
The dealership has failed to provide the "needs-based" service promised. I am seeking immediate resolution regarding the outstanding roof rack and a response to the unresolved service issues.
