Spent a day out looking for our new Pup Wagon. Ran across one on AutoTrader at Roesch. Popped over to take a look and Wow! It was by far the best one of the day. This dealership and Justen are 45 min away from my house and past at least 2 other Ford dealers and I will make the drive from now on. That's just how inviting they are. Felt like family 😀 More

I called ahead make an appointment just as Ray indicated he was available to greet us when we got there then introduced Justen who is our specific salesperson. Both Ray and Justen: knowledgeable,accommodating, caring. Transitioning to the Ford Escape was a huge change for my mom and they answered all our questions showed us all of the features, and understood our needs. It was also a pleasure to work with Sam-- none of the ridiculous high pressure tactics that I have received at other car dealerships that pushed their in-house financing or extended warranty options.
