When I arrived for my appointment, I was told, shop is backed up at less 2hrs. I was there on my lunch break. There was not courtesy vehicle to take me back. I waited over 2-1/2 hrs, then walked out side backed up at less 2hrs. I was there on my lunch break. There was not courtesy vehicle to take me back. I waited over 2-1/2 hrs, then walked out side to see my truck siting there, walked over to the service guy like was you going to let me know my truck is ready? “Printing now” Then a day later I two nails in my tires. Not good More
