Brought vehicle in for transmission repair. They told me I need a sensor. $1500. Paid for the repair only for it to read the same as before. Transmission overheated after I picked it up. Now transmission ha I need a sensor. $1500. Paid for the repair only for it to read the same as before. Transmission overheated after I picked it up. Now transmission has a loud clunky sound, and has no reverse gear and no second gear. Totally shot. I now need a new transmission that won’t be covered by warranty, in addition to the $1500 part I was sold, but totally did not need. Worst service I have ever received in my life. Cannot stress enough my dissatisfaction. Technician is incompetent. Cannot believe that in this day I cannot trust the service department that I bought the truck from. I would have been better off going to an independent transmission service center. More

The gentleman that assisted me when I was there was Sam Mercado. He was very polite and took good care of me. He told me something about noise in my front wheel. I told him I will be back the end of the Mercado. He was very polite and took good care of me. He told me something about noise in my front wheel. I had an oil change scheduled at 8 am it was not completed until 11a. I would have liked someone coming in and explaining why it was taking so long. Normally it takes 45 min.
