I'm was initially disappointed. I purchased a certified Pre-Owned car 2 weeks before the check engine light went on. I tried to schedule with the service department to have it looke I purchased a certified Pre-Owned car 2 weeks before the check engine light went on. I tried to schedule with the service department to have it looked at only to find out that it was more than a week out for booking. I tried to call it to see if I could get anything sooner, left a message, and no one called me back. when I called to check on the status of my plates, the receptionist was rude. and when I finally took my car in to the service department to be repaired, I arrived at the night drop to find that there were no envelopes in which you put your keys, explain the problem you're having with the car, and write your name . Overall, not a good experience initially. However, once I complained the management team reached out right away and went above and beyond to address my concerns. While I wish things had gone smoothly from the start, I appreciate the effort they made afterward to make it right. This update reflects both my initial frustration and the dealership’s commitment to follow up and resolve issues. More
