Our team’s recommendation has been reviewed and confirmed by our management team, that the items mentioned should be further reviewed by the collision center that you are already working with, and potentially included in the open insurance claim. Based on our assessment of the vehicle and its condition, there are a number of items within the vehicle that are askew and could potentially impact adjacent parts/systems within. After further review of our communication with the parties involved, we must respectfully disagree with your position on this matter, but certainly apologize for any misunderstanding that took place along the way. Upon inspection of the damage, our team’s position has remained unchanged on what would be possible or appropriate under the terms and coverage of your warranty to complete at this time. Furthermore, our time has maintained and still maintains that we would be happy to further inspect your vehicle once all repairs related to the vehicle’s damage are complete. We would also like to confirm there are no recalls or special coverage present on your specific vehicle. Our team determined that the malfunction was caused due to the accident that the vehicle experienced, and further repairs should be completed by the body shop you are currently using.
