Finally, on a rainy July 4th I had an outstanding experience buying a beautiful shiny Matador Red ES 350. My salesman Sam Prusak was professional, considerate and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He was respectful and dignified. I loved when he stepped back and gave my husband and I a private moment to discuss the car. He gave me choices and didn't try to push towards a certain car. Maybe some of you are like me, I needed that space and was tired of being told what I wanted at other dealerships. The whole sales team was vibrant and fun to work with. Not to mention that my husband and I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and snack in the gorgeous bar area watching the rain through the soaring high windows. Buying a car should be exciting and fun, and that's exactly what happened at Herb Chambers Lexus! Best if all...Loving the Lexus! More

Very pleased with our HC Lexus of Sharon experience My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned RX350. I walked in one day only because I was driving by and was paired up with Sam Prusak. Sa My husband and I just purchased a certified pre-owned RX350. I walked in one day only because I was driving by and was paired up with Sam Prusak. Sam was very informativ, especially since I walked in having done no real research on Lexus'. He clearly explained all different options in the different models/years and found the perfect option for me to test drive that day. A few days later, we were hit with one of the many large snow storms. Sam still was quick to respond to my e-mails and, when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, had already dug out the car I was interested in showing my husband. He was more than willing to grab another car (covered in snow) when I wanted to see and test drive a different color. Yes, Lexus' are great cars overall; amazing perks come with owning a Lexus: road side assistance, car washes, complimentary first service, etc. But it was working with Sam that really helped us make our decision to go with a Lexus. He was welcoming and professional, patient, and never tried to pressure us into making a decision. Weeks later, we are extremely pleased with our car and the service we received. I strongly recommend stopping by the HC Lexus of Sharon and working with Sam. More
