I met with Sam Prusak while waiting for my service to be completed and we discussed the value of my car, looked at a new one, etc. Everyone knows the process. I have purchased several cars, the last two being from Lexus, and I have to say this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Sam was very pleasant and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. We commicated during the day to get paperwork completed, and he stayed later than he had to because I was later than expected arriving at the dealership. He spent time explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. Thank you Sam!! More

Once a Lexus...always a Lexus After buying a Lexus, I decided that it was time for my mom to get one. We went to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon MA. What a wonderful experience. My mom is 83 years old and like many 83 year olds, she gets confused with all the technology that a Lexus has. Our salesman, Sam Prusak, was wonderful. I can not say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, but most importantly, he was patient. He took his time explaining just how a Lexus works. When she was still confused, he repeated his explanation. He was so understanding and accommodating. After visiting a local Lexus Dealer and walking out frustrated, I am relieved to know that there are outstanding salesman out there and Sam is one of them. Sam got to know what I wanted, helped with the test drive, and guided me through the rest of Herb Chambers Lexus; it was a pleasure to work with him. At this point the pressure picked up a bit; he really wanted a commitment on the spot. The good news is that he wanted the commitment so much that he made me an excellent offer, which I accepted the next day, and Sam P. came in on his day off to seal the deal. Of all the dealerships I visited, three in total, Herb Chambers seemed to be trying the hardest to make the deal work. After we came to terms, Zak helped me decide on a number of optional extras. Zak was very low pressure, and he was helpful in explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. One I took extended the warranty and lowered my interest rate, which seemed like a good deal all around. All in all, I was pleased that Herb Chambers of Sharon had the color and interior I wanted, the price was right, and the process went very smoothly. Sam Prusak was great to work with when I traded my Lexus for a 2014. I was at HC for routine maintenance on my former Lexus. IDuring our the wait time he showed me how great the new RX350 really is. A few days later Sam called and we discussed a new promotion which made it possible to process the trade-in. I also worked with Niko on the paperwork.
