Sam got to know what I wanted, helped with the test drive, and guided me through the rest of Herb Chambers Lexus; it was a pleasure to work with him. At this point the pressure picked up a bit; he really wanted a commitment on the spot. The good news is that he wanted the commitment so much that he made me an excellent offer, which I accepted the next day, and Sam P. came in on his day off to seal the deal. Of all the dealerships I visited, three in total, Herb Chambers seemed to be trying the hardest to make the deal work. After we came to terms, Zak helped me decide on a number of optional extras. Zak was very low pressure, and he was helpful in explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. One I took extended the warranty and lowered my interest rate, which seemed like a good deal all around. All in all, I was pleased that Herb Chambers of Sharon had the color and interior I wanted, the price was right, and the process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend contacting Sam Prusak at Herb Chambers in Sharon if you are in the market for a Lexus. More

Sam Prusak was great to work with when I traded my Lexus for a 2014. I was at HC for routine maintenance on my former Lexus. IDuring our the wait time he showed me how great the new RX350 really is. A few days later Sam called and we discussed a new promotion which made it possible to process the trade-in. I also worked with Niko on the paperwork. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail so I understood the final paperwork. Both Sam and Niko put me at ease during the process. Then I went home with my new Lexus. This will be our family's third Lexus from the same dealer and sales person. A few years ago I went to Sharon to see the wide selection of cars they had and was worried about gas prices and got my fir dealer and sales person. I was impressed with the dealership and especially with my sales person Sam Prusack. I lucked out getting someone that I connected to and did not pressure me. He took me around the dealership and I was impressed with the high class of everyone and everything I saw. I am so happy with my experience when I came home to talk about it my wife wanted to go the next time I went down. Keep in mind I live in Northern Vermont and it four hours to Sharon. My wife end up getting a HS250H because she did not want the same car as mine a CT200H. We have both had great experiences at Herb Chambers of Lexus that when I got the itch to upgrade my car I went back to Sharon and was so happy Sam was there to work with again. I'm getting my ES300H in a couple of days. Please go directly to Sharon for a Lexus and ask for Sam Prusack you wont be disappointed. More

Sam couldn't have been more friendly during the entire process with the paperwork to the road test to our concerns about the vehicle we were about to purchase. We would highly recommend Herb Chamber to all our friends and recommend that's they meet with Sam Prusak for all of their automotive needs. We also dealt with Joe Bere in finance. Our opinion is the same for Joe, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our financial questions. More
