Not Recommended!Save your time !!! This is my worst ever experience at Toyota. They have no respect for anyone's time, even though there was a appointment made in advance. I unfortunat This is my worst ever experience at Toyota. They have no respect for anyone's time, even though there was a appointment made in advance. I unfortunately was asked to meet s Mr. S Rhee who had no respect for time whatsoever . He was trying to manage two guests at a time , going back and forth. Once we decided on 2 cars. He took us to one of them giving no excuse why he couldn't get the keys for the second one. At the top of that he left us there saying , we can come back once we are done " looking" . We obviously wanted a test drive since we were seriously looking for a car,but when asked we were suggested to come back inside after looking at the car . He seems disinterested and started making execuses that there is a car in front and he will have to check with his manager( who as a matter of fact left for the day earlier after greeting us) . Once we went back to him and asked for a car fax report he said he is looking for it and went back to other guest. I advise anyone who is serious to buy a car should avoid going there and save some time.I understand that Toyota is the brand but I strongly suggest to please avoid this dealership and try a different one and you may actually end up buying a Toyota! More
