I worked with this dealership over the course of September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a Whit September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a White Prius Prime with the mid trim package. I specified this with my local dealer and they informed me they could no longer “get me “ the car I wanted, I had to go online and look around myself and find it! Eventually I found Edmunds. I put in my specs and found the Vin number and a car was to come to Heritage. I will be living in Charleston SC when I return to the states in December. I now live in Burundi Africa. Communication is difficult. I laid out all of the nuances of communications and went back and forth with Sam Rhee?, Rasean, the manager, various Internet sales personnel who gave me full specifications quotes. I accepted the quote and agreed to buy the car. In late Ictober we were still trying to secure the approval of this mysterious Jared who had to approve how much I would need to pay and the delivery terms. On October 24, 2 days after I had spoken with the sales manager who confirmed the terms of the deal by telephone from one of many calls I placed from Africa, this Jared person I finally tracked down. He was more than confident I will say. He said he sold the car October 7. All this carried on to the point of asking for full payment for a car that wasn’t even there! And then what? I am supposed to just choose something else? Who does this? I have never heard of behavior like this. I have never tried to buy a car from afar. I don’t recommend trying this with these people. More

Best car buying experience yet! Exceptional service and they treated me beyond fair. Tough to find a car around town lately but they made it happen. Sam is well-informed about his product and has a nice demeanor in person, but he is disorganized and struggles with communication. Unless you are willing to make a drive to see him in person EVERY si demeanor in person, but he is disorganized and struggles with communication. Unless you are willing to make a drive to see him in person EVERY single time you need something or a follow up, then go with another dealer. You will never be able to a hold of him. Emails go unread and I was never once able to get him to return calls. Worst yet he messed up an order we placed and I had to find out about it from another associate and likely will have to wait all over again. Terribly disappointed and would not recommend. More

This was the worst dealership experience ever. When I first met with Sam Rhee, he seemed like someone who wanted to help. However, after meeting him the second time, I felt rushed by him to sign an offer on a new allocated car. It seemed as if he wanted me to sign the offer quick and leave. The car was scheduled to be made a month later. I contacted Sam several times through email, text, and calls and he straight up ignored me. He never responded to any of my messages or answered any of my calls. He never contacted me when the car was finally made. This is someone who I would never recommend to any of my friends or family. DO NOT do business with him. He may ignore you and never respond to any of your messages even after signing an offer letter on a car being made. More

Best dealer in my area. I had contacted/ visited several Toyota dealer in my town. Most of the dealer just reply with inventory that had that time in their dealer. Catonsville specially ‘SAM -representative Toyota dealer in my town. Most of the dealer just reply with inventory that had that time in their dealer. We had several conversation that time, i did negotiation for price he reply me back to back on time with the answer of my queries. I really appreciate for his support and valuable time. I had a great experience purchasing my 2020 TRD Pro 4Runner! All the Heritage staff that helped were very attentive and polite.
