DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MASSIVELY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! I purchased a truck from Chicago Motor Cars in January of 2023. Initially the transaction seemed to go smoothly, but once I got the title PEOPLE! I purchased a truck from Chicago Motor Cars in January of 2023. Initially the transaction seemed to go smoothly, but once I got the title in the mail the problems started. The title stated that I bought the vehicle from another business owned by Chicago Motor Cars and because the name didn’t match my bill of sale. When I tried to contact Jackson, the salesman that I dealt with, he was quick to promise that the problem would be resolved but in reality couldn’t even be bothered to return phone calls, never mind actually solve anything. The same is true of Sam in the finance department, more promises but no follow through. Every time I asked to speak to Sebastian, the general manager, he was conveniently not in the building and never returned my phone calls. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the whole ordeal was the fact that then entire time not a single person at this business could even admit that they were the ones who made the mistake, they just blamed everyone else when in reality it was their fault! I did eventually get the problem resolved, but only by continually pestering for a month to do the job that they promised that they would do. Frankly I’m amazed these people are still in business with this level of incredible incompetence and abysmal customer service. More

Had the best buying experience ever. Been looking for a 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid and feel like I've been getting the runaround from my local Tesla guys. I'm about 600 miles outside of Chicago and found their newly listed 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid on their website. Pics were out of this world, such amazing attention to detail and put my mind at ease. I called Chris Moran, had a terrific conversation and he put my mind at ease about how the transaction works. I had to admit, I felt like Chris was putting me on about getting the transaction done so quickly and so smoothly. I agreed to buy the car, they sent me final paperwork via email, I signed and wired my funds and the purchase was completed within 4 hours...without me ever leaving my office. Chris worked via phone and text to communicate every step, and was able to book shipping the same day! My Tesla was picked up for delivery...again, the SAME DAY! The following day before noon, I was able to take my new 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid over to the Tesla dealer to cancel my order. Needless to say, they were in shock that I was able to find one, let alone in my favorite color combination. I am BEYOND thrilled! Thank you Chris and thank you Sam! Until next time! More
