Hello I'm Sam Scarlett, manager on the used side of the street here at Freeman. Shortly after buying my first Toyota in 2007 I decided why not sell them. Most of my career has been spent with New Internet Sales. Recently I was offered the challenge to help manage our Pre-Owned department where I've discovered selling a used Toyota is just as easy as a new! Quality sells its self. The Freeman environment aligned with my values of customer service, "Honesty and Integrity." I appreciate that our sales process allows me to never start a customer relationship on a lie! Straight forward buying experience. Pricing and expectations were on par. It was an easy decision for me to driver there from out of town instead of shopping elsewhere when I compare the availabili expectations were on par.
