The finance department was a slightly disappointing interaction (no fault of Sam). The finance manager I worked with ultimately was fine, but was unprofessional at times, telling me he “hated” that I refused to buy an extended warranty or pre-paid maintenance because he “just wanted to save me money”. I understand that selling those services are part of his job, but for a premium brand like Acura, I expect more professional interaction. That being said, Sam was wonderful and the process overall at Ed Martin was smooth and pleasant. More

However, after not having the best experience at another dealership, I decided to give them an opportunity — and I’m very glad I did. The difference was clear immediately: they genuinely care, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Kelly at the front desk set the tone by managing customer relations flawlessly, providing a warm welcome, and helping guide customers through the process. Sam truly listens, is extremely professional, and delivers tier-one customer service. Just as impressive is management — Jake is a genuine, good guy who clearly leads by example and prioritizes excellent customer service. Lastly, Adam in finance was outstanding. He not only provided great service but also took the time to help navigate the financial side and explain the best options available. Overall, this was a refreshingly positive dealership experience, and I would absolutely recommend Ed Martin Acura. More
