I purchased a 2021 QX50 of January 4th. Loved everything about the car. # weeks later the engine light came on, and the car completely stopped working. I tried to get an appointment with the affiliated se about the car. # weeks later the engine light came on, and the car completely stopped working. I tried to get an appointment with the affiliated service department but they did not have anything available for about another 3 weeks. Between taking a UBER to and from work and taking my son to school took a financial toll on me. I then made an appointment with the service department in Lynbrook, who had something immediately. PERFECT right? NO, ABSOUTELY NOT! after the diagnostics was ran, I was informed that A new component had to be ordered it needed to be updated. So now i'm thinking how can a brand new car need something updated. The component is the "variable val timing control folenoid". ok great i should have my car soon. NOPE. I get another phone call saying its a bigger problem and I have to pay $3000 on a lease car. At this point I am highly upset. I called Kings Infiniti and spoke with a male manager from the sales department. I explained the situation to him and that the car is only 2 weeks old brand new not even 500 mileage. I informed him that if I had to come out of pocket I wanted to return the car. Especially because it has not even been 30 days. I was informed that I could not return this Car and it is a issue I have to take up with the bank. At this point I still do not have my car back but I am grateful for the service department in lynbrook and the loaner they recently provided. At this point I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. I RECEIVED HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More
