Went in three times in 5 days to work on my expiring lease. Had appointments with prior salesman twice, each time I walked in for them, he was with other customers, and I was promptly ignored. My email to the General manager was farmed out to someone else, I guess he can't be bothered with a customer having an issue with the way his dealership is treating customers. More

I wanted a blue crv with gray interior and was told that was not possible. Settled on a red crv. It runs fine. Wish weather tech floor mats had been offered, but bought them elsewhere. Before my most recent purchase—root canals seemed more fun than purchasing a car. I was able to correspond with Ron about any questions I had—he was even checking email on a day not in the office! Sam continued correspondence for Ron and got the car ready while I took the trip down to purchase the vehicle. After the quick process with Sam and financing with Shelly—I will revise my previous thought about root canals and buying cars!
