Look the owner charging 199. 00 fee just for bringing your cat in is ridiculous. I had a my windshield washer sprayer broke due to the 3xtremme cold I already told them it was line attached to the hood . Now by time they are done the parts are 125 dollars which mopar sells for 30.00 approximate and the charge for labor is 125.00 no complaints . But the bill now by the time they are still charging for telling me what was broke with diagnostic fee added on top of the 199.00 fee the bill is almost 500.00. Southern is getting to point that there billing practices are ridiculous. If someone was constant a class action suit against them I definitely sign it. The owners definitely will not have e me purchase anymore vehicles from them. They are also not the only ram truck dealer in the area. More
