I had my Oil Change on 11/25/2024 and the Change oil light came on 1/25. So when I made this appt. found out that they had to do an oil change and reset the sensor. Took my car in, $4300 later. I get a car with no coolant & a part not connected. Went back in & was told my AC isn’t working. When it was when it went in. So went ahead & fixed t I get a car with no coolant & a part not connected. Went back in & was told my AC isn’t working. When it was when it went in. So went ahead & fixed the issue only to get my car back again with no coolant . & my seat system wasn’t plugged in , I had to do that myself at home . 8 days away from it being a month in the shop. Katie did however acknowledge all of this & did everything to make it right . However please in the future make sure all fluids , connectors are all okay . This couldn’t been bad , as I had smelled my vehicle burning . More
