Robert Brown, salesman, was very patient. Clear explanation of car features. I expect he will resolve the issues with "seat belt extender" - which as it turns out is not what I needed - I jus Clear explanation of car features. I expect he will resolve the issues with "seat belt extender" - which as it turns out is not what I needed - I just needed to lower the seat belt shoulder placement on the driver side door. So I am expecting refund. Samantha called to schedule the window tinting / glare strip on the windshield & fix small scratch on door - so expect that will go well. So there are still issues to be resolved, but I have high expectation you will follow through. More

The process of purchasing my leased vehicle was smooth and professionally handled, while maintaining a sense of personal connection to me as a customer. I plan to remain in Florida for four more years, and during that time I will bring my vehicle to Jenkins if and when service is recommended or required. We found a piece missing on our rear windshield wiper this morning. It's the cover on the screw on the rear wiper. Would like it replaced when we bring the car back for repair. We think it must have come off when they washed the car. More
