Robert Brown, salesman, was very patient. Clear explanation of car features. I expect he will resolve the issues with "seat belt extender" - which as it turns out is not what I needed - I jus Clear explanation of car features. I expect he will resolve the issues with "seat belt extender" - which as it turns out is not what I needed - I just needed to lower the seat belt shoulder placement on the driver side door. So I am expecting refund. Samantha called to schedule the window tinting / glare strip on the windshield & fix small scratch on door - so expect that will go well. So there are still issues to be resolved, but I have high expectation you will follow through. More
