We initially began our search for a new car by sending an email to several dealerships around the region with the model Toyota we were looking for and the information on the vehicle we were trading in. We received several emails from various dealerships, but the best initial offer came from Samantha Laurencelle at Handy Toyota located at 701 Highgate Road in St. Albans, VT 05478. We decided to schedule a time to meet with Sam so that we could check out the dealership, test drive the new vehicle and refine the numbers that were included in the initial offer. Our time at the dealership was very pleasant, and the negotiation process was very easy. After a couple of offers and counter offers we were presented with and fair deal and accepted to offer. Samantha Laurencelle and Sam Farrar the Sales Manager were both very enjoyable to work with. Our experience with Sam and the dealership starting with our initial email correspondence to the follow-up emails from Sam after the purchase was made has been exceptional. Today we are enjoying our new vehicle, and my wife and I have had several conversations about our interactions with Handy Toyota and conclude those conversations with a smile and comment on how easy Sam made the transaction. My first new truck @ Handy Toyota ! I started looking for a truck in burlington tryed a couple found one I wanted but that dealer wanted nothing to do with my trade in at all. Definitely not a local dealership for me as I live over 2 hours away, but it couldn't have been much easier. Nick was able to answer all my questions beforehand over the phone and sent me videos of trucks features when I asked for more details. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect when I arrived. Everything was in order, the truck looked better than I hoped. Nick had it ready for a test drive, we drove it in different traffic conditions and then he had it washed again before leaving. Brent made the paperwork process as painless as possible and was helpful in explaining all the particulars. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone. More
