Team Zak and Samantha! We were getting a recall repaired on my 2011 RAV4 and were looking for a replacement hybrid. Zak worked with us and we tried several vehicles. We joked about this and set up an appointment to come back the next day. Samantha, Zak’s teammate, worked with us and we purchased our 2018 RAV4 Hybrid.
