I believe the dealership and sales staff seek to have customers for life; therefore, they expend a great deal of energy making sure you are satisfied with your decision. I really appreciate the no pressure sales approach. Sami listens to you and then looks to meet your needs. I was pleased with the excellent trade in value given to my car by Sami and Jason Dowdy. The entire process is very relaxed and streamlined. We also appreciated Dee Hong as the financial aspects were taken care of. After purchasing the vehicle the people I have mentioned continue to provide assistance as the need arises. I highly recommend this dealership and the above mentioned employees. I will be there for my next car when the need arises. More

No ownership from managers and nightmare experience Only helpful person was Sami. No one greeted or wanted to help. Jim Ellis promise is just a board we didn't experience it. Rebecca and Ron have issues with ownership of a problem. Ron didn't want to help us resolve a simple issue. Truck was 1st given unclean with less air in tires. Only bought truck because of Sami. Worst experience ever. Jim Ellis took the joy of buying a new truck out. I saved a lot for this moment and I didn't get to enjoy it with the lack of ownership from this dealership. I wasted a lot of my time to resolve a simple after service issue when the dealership didn't want to help. All they want is your money and once they have that service department doesn't help. None of the sales managers helped or took ownership as well. Driving for me is a privilege due to my medical condition. All that I got was stress and no help. Will buy from Sami again not never from Jim Ellis. Worst dealership experience ever. 4 sales people didn't want to help only Sami did even though he was with a client. Seems like he's the only one working there and everyone else is just there to collect a check. More

We gave the Jim Ellis GMC staff, particularly salesman Sami Karaki the highest rating because of the excellent experience we had purchasing my boyfrie We gave the Jim Ellis GMC staff, particularly salesman Sami Karaki the highest rating because of the excellent experience we had purchasing my boyfriend's Chevy Malibu. Sami took the time to ride with Jonathan on a test drive to pick myself up and take the car to my father's house who is a mechanic so he could make sure Jonathan was getting a high quality car. Sami worked with his staff to get him the lowest monthly payment possible among other requests. He made himself completely available and was incredibly understanding when we had to work through some insurance issues and return the next day to pick up the car. Sami is incredibly knowledgeable on all things car related and truly exemplifies superior customer service. Additionally, the sales manager Joe was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Dee was also fantastic and very patient through the finanacing process as Jonathan was making calls to secure insurance. When I need a car next I will definitely be coming back to Jim Ellis GMC. 5 stars all the way for this dealership & Sami Karaki! More

Great Experience with Sami and Dee - New Car Purchase Sami was so helpful and awesome to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is going in to purchase a vehicle. Awesome sales team! I worked with Sam Karaki to purchase a 2017 Acadia. Unfortunately I had several issues with the car so Sam and his manager Kevin stepped in and worke I worked with Sam Karaki to purchase a 2017 Acadia. Unfortunately I had several issues with the car so Sam and his manager Kevin stepped in and worked out a deal for me to sell the car back to them and get a new Enclave. These guys are just awesome to work with and really made a difference when I had issues with my car. Highly recommend working with Sam! More

Everything was straight to-the-point, overwhelmingly honest, with no sales gimmicks, and very informative. I received help from multiple employees throughout my decision, and got the best deal to accommodate my needs and secure my dream car. I walked in with a bad situation from a previous dealer (expecting to buy used), and walked out with a blessing from the Jim Ellis team (a new car!).
