On our way to another dealership; that I've purchased a truck from every year, my wife wanted to stop in at Royal just to see what they had. I've had a positive experience with Royal in the past and asked if Don was there. He helped my parents purchase a GMC truck some years ago for their business and they have always had a good experience during and after their purchase. Don is good people and his demeanor puts you at ease. I'd go as far as to say he feels like family. I highly recommend Royal. Don treated my wife like a special guest, answered all her questions and addressed all her concerns. Plus the hospitality among the Royal people is amazing. Yes, that even includes Sammy with the final paperwork. I highly recommend Royal and I expect to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. More

Great Experience! I first want to say that this experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I contacted the dealership about a particular car, but I was not able to I first want to say that this experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I contacted the dealership about a particular car, but I was not able to get that one. However, my salesman, Matt Morgan, did not give up. We went through all the necessary paperwork online and by phone. He was able to not only get me the model car I wanted, but a better year with less miles and the price I wanted to pay. He went beyond and above to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy with my purchase. I just came right in, filled out the necessary papers, made the down payment, and was out the door within 30 minutes. I loved this experience and I can honestly say it was the best car purchase I HAVE EVER MADE! Thank you to Matt, Sammy, and the rest of the guys and gals at Royal Automotive! More
