I was disappointed, however, in the extremely low trade in that the management offered me, and that they did not offer me much of a discount. I had, in writing,a cash purchase price from Driver’s Way which is the only reason Royal raised my trade in to an acceptable level. I’m glad we were able to come to an acceptable trade in price, and I was able to purchase the truck I wanted. More

The process of setting up our offer took them some time, but the financing and timing we specified were respected. Service light showed on vehicle and it was requested twice that the service be completed and/or cleared by dealership prior to pickup. Was a bit disappointed that it was still present at pick-up, but dealer was able to clear the code before driving it off the lot. Car was otherwise fueled up, cleaned, and ready to go. Overall good experience. We will enjoy this vehicle and we couldn’t have beaten the value of the deal anywhere else. More
