I had a recent vehicle accident and I sent a request concerning a Nissan Altima online using Geicos Car Buying Service at night and received a call the very next morning. Sammy Vela, my dealer, was so concerned about my situation and was determined to help me out. The very next day, I went in and got the exact car that I wanted. I was so appreciative of their kindness and patience with me since I was the one that showed up unprepared but got it all accomplished. Thanks to Sammy Vela and the Finance team at Baker-Jackson Nissan because if it weren't for them I wouldn't be in a vehicle right now. Thank you so much once again!!! More

I was in search for a new Nissan Altima and immediately thought of going to Baker Nissan North. I purchased my last vehicle from this dealership and it was just as enjoyable then as it was now. I bought a Sentra 2012 SR at Baker Nissan North. I traded in a BMW 325xi. They offered me a good price for that car. I found the whole deal acceptable and I went home driving the Sentra. The car drives very in a BMW 325xi. They offered me a good price for that car. I found the whole deal acceptable and I went home driving the Sentra. The car drives very smooth and quiet. Also the gas consumption is great. This car is perfect for commuters.I appreciated a lot the way that I was treated at Baker Nissan North, as well as the deal I was offered. We went to Baker Nissan North looking for a good used car for our soon to be driving teenage daughter. Sammy Vela helped us find a car with just the right combination of safety, economy, and style. He met us at the door with a great attitude and very helpful approach. Once we found a car, we were able to work out a good deal. Sammy addressed all of our questions about the car and has been there to follow up with us on a few clean-up items after the sale. Sammy is great, customer service is clearly a high priority with Sammy. I also wanted to comment on th service department. We had a problem with one tire not holding air pressure. I took the car by to have it checked a few days after we bought the car. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. They took care of the problem quickly and with the same great customer service attitude that Sammy showed us. I am a partner in a consulting firm and we always emphasize customer service to differentiate us frm our competitors. Baker Nissan North does customer service right and will excel as a dealership because of it. Thanks for making our car buying experience a great one!!! We will definitely be back and will recommend you to our friends. More

I had a few minor concerns with the dealership, primarily at the management level, but ultimately Sammy was probably the best individual car salesman I have ever dealt with. We had called Baker to get some information on special financing on a used vehicle and what they had in stock. The gentleman we talked to by the name of Sammy Vela was more than helpful so we decided sinc financing on a used vehicle and what they had in stock. The gentleman we talked to by the name of Sammy Vela was more than helpful so we decided since we were going to be in Houston anyway we would just go by and get some information. Sammy was great gave us all the in's and out's of getting a vehicle with the credit or lack there of we have and he was able to talk to the finance man by the name of Ricardo McLean and they were able to get a great rate for us and we were able to get a vehicle that we were not sure we would be able to get. I only have the highest praise for Sammy, everytime We thought we were going to stumble and fall from trying to get a vehicle Sammy just said don't worry this will be fine.He kept me from having a nervous breakdown during the whole process. He was one of the nicest salesman, no pressure and all positive feedback from Sammy. He is a jewel in a rough profession. Everyone that we came into contact with at Baker Nissan was great we will go back there for our next vehicle. I have never had so many doors opened for me and smiles and nice people in my life. More
