I bought a Sentra 2012 SR at Baker Nissan North. I traded in a BMW 325xi. They offered me a good price for that car. I found the whole deal acceptable and I went home driving the Sentra. He met us at the door with a great attitude and very helpful approach. Once we found a car, we were able to work out a good deal. Sammy addressed all of our questions about the car and has been there to follow up with us on a few clean-up items after the sale. Sammy is great, customer service is clearly a high priority with Sammy. I also wanted to comment on th service department. We had a problem with one tire not holding air pressure. I took the car by to have it checked a few days after we bought the car. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and helpful. They took care of the problem quickly and with the same great customer service attitude that Sammy showed us. I am a partner in a consulting firm and we always emphasize customer service to differentiate us frm our competitors. Baker Nissan North does customer service right and will excel as a dealership because of it. Thanks for making our car buying experience a great one!!!
