I first met Sam the previous week while looking at a used car for my son’s upcoming 16th birthday. When I realized that the used car wasn’t the right fit, Sam never pressured me. Instead, he we took a drive around the lot to see other options, listen to my needs, and help me explore other options. I shared that I wanted something reliable, safe, and budget-friendly, but still stylish. After an exhaustive used car search, my family decided to look at new SUVs, and the Buick Envista kept coming up at the top of every list. It’s affordable, sporty, loaded with safety features, and the new Buick designs are incredibly sleek. Liberty Buick also had the best prices in the valley, so much so that I drove past another Buick dealer just a mile from my home to work with Sam and the team at Liberty. When we arrived, Sam had the exact model we wanted pulled up with the AC running, ready for a test drive. We loved the way it looked, the way it drove, and the price compared to other similar SUVs. Sam made the buying process easy, stress-free, and respectful of my budget. He even remembered that I had served in the Navy and applied a veteran discount to the price and also reduced the doc fees to just $75. This is a policy at Liberty for all veterans, which I learned comes from the dealership’s founder, who also served. Sam also found other discounts to make the deal even better. In the end, Sam and the Liberty Buick finance team were able to get me into a brand-new Envista for only slightly more than I was planning to spend on a used car, with a better warranty, lower financing rates, and zero risk of unexpected repairs.
