Great experience in the Pre-Owned location One Sunday while at my desk, I was searching a specific type of Honda Accord on Autotrader.com. I came across one that I liked. I contacted Ganley and One Sunday while at my desk, I was searching a specific type of Honda Accord on Autotrader.com. I came across one that I liked. I contacted Ganley and spoke to Heather. She was very informative as it pertains to the vehicle in question. I told her I would contact her at a later time when I decided upon financing. I decided to call her back within an hour to proceed with the purchasing process. I was skeptical about purchasing this car since the dealership is in Ohio and I was from Atlanta! After looking at the reviews, I felt safe. Heather kept me up to speed throughout the application process. That Tuesday, I flew in to Cleveland and Heather was there waiting for me. She was very kind and professional. Once at the dealership, I test drove the car which was everything I expected and more. I met Sandy and she as well was very kind and professional. I must say that I had a GREAT experience with Ganley and will definitely take that flight again if they have what I want. THANKS!!!!! More

Standard oil change and check brakes.. Keith was very on top of his game on Tuesday. I had a standard oil change done to my car and asked Keith if he could look at my brakes as well. About 3 hrs latter Keith called me and said that I could use fron brakes pads and they would turn the back brakes and lube them up for us . But since I was short on money Keith worked it out for me and I didn't need the back breaks right now More

In sales, they really listened to what I wanted, and never wasted my time by showing me a car that THEY thought I should drive. I went to a few other dealerships, and they consistently tried to take me never wasted my time by showing me a car that THEY thought I should drive. I went to a few other dealerships, and they consistently tried to take me out of my price range and offer me vehicles that were nothing like what I showed interest in. I'm not sure why I would even look at another car, this is my 6th VW, and nothing compares after all of my test driving. The sales department has been great, too. I had to have a 2nd key programed for my car. They shuttled me to and from the mall. When my daughter lost her stuffed animal in the shuttle van, they found it and kept it until I was able to go back. I love that my car was washed, too. I highly recommend this dealership. You don't know what you're missing if you've never driven a VW! More

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Two gentlemen greeted us outside in the parking lot and one of them introduced us to Keith who then ended up helping us for the duration of our time.
