When I decided to buy a new SUV, my husband sent Bob a text with all the information and he quickly got to work. He scheduled a time for us to test drive a vehicle an hour before the dealership opened on a Sunday morning. When we arrived, Bob had already selected and prepared the perfect SUV based on the info we gave him. After a quick test drive, I was sold. An hour later, thanks to the speedy financing with Sandra Smith, I drove off with my new 2018 Ford Explorer which I absolutely LOVE. Bob will give you the best deal available with no hassles and no annoying sales pitches. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a car. My husband will be back to buy a new F-150 soon and we will call Bob directly. I will also recommend him to all my friends and family. We love Kelly Ford! More

She introduced me to several key staff members at Kelly and arranged a complete walk thru of the car I selected in the maintenance and repair shop. She was very proficient and timely in getting the administrative paperwork completed. I rate her overall sales and customer care performance as ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR which in my terminology there is nothing higher. More

Bob Doyle was amazing and had me out of there in no time. He was patient and answered all of my questions and got me in the truck I wanted with the deal I wanted. He followed up with me several times after my purchase and helped to facilitate the installation of leather seats that accommodated my busy schedule. Bob is the type of salesman that is a dream to work with, not pushy at all and made the entire process an enjoyable one.
