Great Team made the whole buying experience easy This is our second car purchase with Kelly Ford. This was by far the best experience we've had over the years of car buying. I'm over 50, so I've be This is our second car purchase with Kelly Ford. This was by far the best experience we've had over the years of car buying. I'm over 50, so I've been through it many times. Brent really worked hard to find us the right vehicle with the options that were important to us. He had to have it sent to the dealership. I think he did a good job of getting us the right price for it as well. The only snag was the manager (I can't remember his name), who tried to low ball us with our trade. Luckily we went to Carmax and got an offer from them. The manager agreed to match the offer, then tried to short change us. In all of my years of buying cars, I don't think I've ever seen anything like the switch play he did. Then when I asked for an explanation for it, he started to get mad. It wasn't going to break the deal for us, but he wasn't very professional. Angel got our insurance switched for the new car, and really made that easy. She was very pleasant to work with. Sandy gave us the information we needed to get through the finance part of the deal, and was also very pleasant to work with. Overall it was a good experience, and we'd do it again, just hoping that the manager would learn to control his emotions when someone asks why the numbers he stated he would match, didn't quite turn out that way. More

Customer Service with No Hassle For the past few months I have been in search for the ultimate family van. I fell in love with the Ford Transit line during my travels in the airline business. A year ago I actually rented one and said this is what we needed for our growing family. After a long search and other circumstances out path took us to Kelly Ford. The process started off with Cassandra Younger emailing me what they still had available. Then it was just a matter of getting up and going in. Once at Kelly I found the 2017 Ford Transit with under 13,000 miles for only $25,700 and did a walk around and then went inside to find a Sales Associate. Vinny Amore came right up and asked what he could do for me. To make a long story short, I bought the van with no hassles. Vinny and the entire team at Kelly Ford did not push me or force me into anything. They gave me a great trade-in value for my old mini-van. Sandra Smith assisted us with awesome financing and making the paperwork process so easy. The rest is history. Kelly Ford has definitely gained an added longtime customer. I look forward to my next experience with the Kelly Ford Team and their awesome customer service. More

They were courteous from the very beginning, remembering my name and introducing themselves. My internet sales rep walked me to the first building and personally introduced me to my salesperson. My salesperson personally introduced me to my finance manager. My sales person was beyond knowledgeable of not only the car I was interested in, but several comparable models as well. Tabby, my salesperson, took every aspect of my life into consideration when walking me through different features and whatnot. When I arrived a few days later to pick up the car, she took the time to pair my phone with the car via bluetooth and she gave me a full walkthrough of each technical feature. Before now, I had a car with zero technology so this was a whole new experience for me. The finance manager was so sweet, patient, and caring. She took the time to explain what every single document was that I was signing and what it meant in a way that I could understand. I am so confident in my decision to purchase this car and I know that I made the right choice working with this dealership. More
