Phil engaged us e We walked into Kelly Ford thinking about purchasing a new Explorer, but wary of the typical 'high-pressure, car buying experience'. Phil engaged us early at the lot--he was relaxed, didn't pressure us and answered all of our questions. We were still shopping and it took us about a week to find exactly the right car--but it was in Orlando. Although Orlando is only 45 minutes away, we felt comfortable dealing with Phil--so had him bring it to Melbourne so we could conduct the transaction locally. When we were passed to Sandra to handle the financial end of the deal, she was equally low-pressure and very helpful in making what amounted to the right financial decision for us. We believe we got a great deal, kept our money local, and closed the sale with the guy that helped us through the buying process. If Phil is an indication of all of the sales folks at Kelly, you can't go wrong buying your car from them. More
