Purchase process was pretty smooth. Got the car home and it's missing quite a few features the listing stated it had. The features were the reason I selected this car over others. They are unprofessional and n purchased a vehicle from *****'s Mitsubishi (affiliated with True Car) and would discourage anyone from doing the same. They are unprofessional and non-responsive after the sale. Each person I spoke with gave the impression of prioritizing the buyer. After the sale, nothing but excuses for why the things promised remained undone. Obi was responsive until after the sale. Then reaching him became difficult. When I did get him, he led with how busy he was and seemed bothered by my questions. I had a conversation with *************************(former General Manager) **, and he provided assurances my concerns would be addressed. The next time I called he was no longer employed at Jacobs Mitsubishi. The dealership is poorly managed from the managers to the salespeople. Their customer service is egregious at best. I was promised callbacks from ***** (manager), ***** (manager), & Obi. To a person, they don't do as they say. The car detail that was promised was not done. When the vehicle was delivered, it was filthy inside. It had spills on the seats and stains on the lining. The door latch was faulty, it would unlock while driving. Consequentially, I couldn't alarm the car when parked. I contacted Sandy about the issue, and she said she'd raise my concerns with ****** (another manager) and didn't call back. I replaced the locking mechanism necessary to alarm the car. I replaced two worn front tires and paid to have the vehicle detailed. To recap, I replaced the faulty door latch, replaced two tires, and had the vehicle detailed, which totaled more than $2,600. No one called to follow up, inquire, or offer assistance. Buyer beware! One star is given because it was required to leave the review. More

I bought a 2018 Mercedes S560. My salesman was very nice, Emilio. However there was a rock chip in the windshield that was not disclosed before I drove over 4 hours to buy the ca My salesman was very nice, Emilio. However there was a rock chip in the windshield that was not disclosed before I drove over 4 hours to buy the car. They did agree to reduce the price by $500 for that which was good. The issues came after the sale. Since I already had a check from my credit union for initial amount they owed me the $500 plus some extra on the sales tax they had miscalculated. Total owed back to me was just over $600. Well here it is June 14 and I bought the car April 5th and still no check. In addition although they had the check from my credit Union and I told the name of the credit union they sent the title to a different credit union so we still have no title. Repeated calls don't seem to get it fixed. I waited this long to write the review hoping they would fix these issues but finally got tired of waiting. 2 months and counting with no title and no check for the amount they owe me. One lady actually called and said they didn't owe me the full amount as they miscalculated the sale tax and didn't owe me as much but when I went back to the bill of sale they had actually charged me more than the 7% for my area. More
